Sacramento, CA — Fleet managers and operators in the Sacramento region are invited to attend a special “Lunch and Learn” event hosted by Western Truck Center – 1925 Enterprise Blvd West Sacramento, CA. 95691 on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This event is part of the ZEV Tour Clean Fleet Experience, a multi-city tour throughout California, aimed at assisting fleet operators to transition to Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEVs) and other alternative fuel options.
Participants will enjoy a complimentary BBQ lunch and receive promotional merchandise while engaging in hands-on experience with the latest vehicles from leading OEMs, including Battle Motors, Volvo, Mack, and Peterbilt. Attendees will have the opportunity to drive or ride along in a variety of electric, hydrogen, and renewable natural gas (RNG) trucks, experiencing firsthand the benefits of these clean energy alternatives.
The California Air Resources Board (CARB), Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), CALSTART, HVIP and the local Air District (pending confirmation) will be on-site to answer questions and provide valuable insights into incentives, grants, energy solutions, and regulatory updates. Additionally, exhibitors will showcase cutting-edge clean technology solutions, offering attendees a comprehensive view of the resources available to support their transition to sustainable fleet operations.
